Approximately 1/4 cup of ReaLemon is equal to the juice of one real lemon. This package contains 48 ounces of ReaLemon which equates to the juice of 24 lemons.
ReaLemon is composed of 100 percent lemon juice and does not contain caffeine. It does contain sulfites which are an allergen for some consumers. ReaLemon is manufactured by the same company that created Dr. Pepper and Snapple products. Preservatives are used in the product. ReaLemon can be used in every dish that regular lemons or lemon juice is used in. It contains zero calories and fat and is a Kosher product.
