What Are the Three Laws of Electric Charges?

The three laws of electric charges are that like charges repel, unlike charges attract and that charged objects can be attracted to neutral objects. This means that two objects with the same charge push away from each other, while two objects with opposite charges pull towards each other.

Atoms and objects can either be positively charged, negatively charged or neutral. Positive charges come from having more protons than electrons, and negative charges are a result of having more electrons than protons. When there is an equal number of protons and electrons, the object is neutral. All objects can be quantized by their charge based off of a numeric scale of unit e, which is the charge of a single electron.
