There are no non-conductive metals; all metals conduct electricity, though some do this more effectively than others. Thanks to the molecular structure of metals, they are all relatively effective conductors, though silver is the most conductive metal known to man.
Because all metals are at least somewhat conductive, people who work with electricity often cannot wear rings and must find an alternate material to use as a wedding band, for example. Stainless steel may be the least conductive metal, but it still does conduct electricity more effectively than many other substances. Gold is a less effective metal than silver, and metals like copper and silver will be used more often in electrical contexts due to their high conductivity.
