Cheetahs can swim, but only when necessary. The cheetah weighs on average between 83-145 pounds. They are approximately 70 inches to 86 inches in length and are very tall, standing at about 32 inches tall.
Cheetahs like to live in savannas and open grassland areas with dense vegetarian. Sometimes, they will be seen living in mountainous regions. They like to catch prey by running after them because they are so fast rather than trying to stalk and pounce like other cats. The largest population of cheetahs in the world can be found in the country of Namibia.
