How Much Does Is Cost to Renew a TWIC Card?
It costs $128 to renew a Transportation Worker Identification Credential card, according to the Transportation Security Administration’s official website TSA.gov. As of 2015, cardholders with a hazardous materials endorsement on their driver’s licenses, or a Free and Secure Trade card, pay a reduced rate of $105.25.
To renew their TWIC cards, cardholders have to follow the same process as new applicants. Cardholders can complete the application form online or at a TWIC application center. TWIC application centers accept the required documents and fees, take fingerprints and facial photos, and deliver the TWIC cards to applicants.
A TWIC card gives eligible workers access to U.S. maritime vessels and facilities.
