What Is Boeing Total Access?
Boeing Total Access is Boeing’s electronic employee information system. The system provides information about employment and benefits to current and former employees of the corporation. Membership in Boeing Total Access is restricted to current and former employees only.
For current employees, Boeing Total Access provides information about pay, raises and benefits like health insurance. Information about programs provided by Boeing, including employee discounts, community giving, supplemental education initiatives and opportunities for career advancement, is also available through the system.
Boeing Total Access provides information about pensions, retirement payment options and retiree benefits to former employees. Medical information, like whether former employees are eligible for medical coverage through the company or through COBRA, is also available through Boeing Total Access.
