Deirdre Marie Capone, Al’s grandniece, is still alive. Some of Al Capone’s family, including Dominic Capone and Dawn Capone, starred in a reality show called “The Capones.” However, Deirdre disputes their relationship to her great-uncle.
According to Deirdre Capone, she and her family are the last living relatives of Al Capone. Deirdre has a husband, children and grandchildren. Records show that Dominic had changed his name to Dominic Capone Pantone III, and the Capone name comes from his mother. “The Capones” aired for one season on the Reelz Channel.
