Three major Spanish cities that are located on the Mediterranean coast are Malaga, Barcelona and Valencia. The Mediterranean Sea stretches for more than 1,000 miles along the coastal region of Spain, starting from Tarifa in the southernmost point to the rugged cliffs of Cabo de Creus on the French border.
Spain is located in Southwestern Europe and shares a border with the Pyrenees Mountains. It is surrounded by three major bodies of water, including the Mediterranean Sea, Bay of Biscay and the North Atlantic Ocean.
