Google Maps features a Search tool that allows the user to search for a street, an address or another specific location. The user should type the town or street name into the Search box. Once the desired area has been located, the user can use the zoom tool in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to zoom in on the map.
When Google Maps is sufficiently zoomed in on a street, it displays the numbers for individual houses, lots and buildings. Clicking on a number brings up a box showing the street address for that location. The box also contains the option to view the address in Street View.Learn more about Geography
