City Chicken is a dish made from cubed pork meat rather than chicken. The pork is put on skewers and cooked by baking or frying. The Polish Boy is a sandwich that features grilled kielbasa sausage on a bun with barbecue sauce, coleslaw and chips. Ohioans have a fondness for kielbasa, which is commonly served along with sauerkraut. Another Cleveland favorite, Buckeye candy, is made with a combination of peanut butter and chocolate.
