E-Z Pass transponders may be purchased at turnpike customer service centers, online and at approved stores. The approved stores and locations of turnpike customer service centers vary by state.
In each state, there are several stops along the turnpike that have customer service centers inside. EZ Passes may be purchased at these centers. To purchase an E-Z Pass transponder online or find a turnpike or local retailer, visit e-zpassiag.com.
Regardless of whether a toll is affiliated with E-Z Pass or another transponder company, all toll transponders are accepted at those tolls. As of early 2015, 15 states use the E-Z Pass electronic toll collection program.
