Born on Aug. 2, 1943, Kathy Lennon is one part of the quartet vocal group The Lennon Sisters. The group is nicknamed “America’s Sweethearts Of Song,” and were a regular on “The Lawrence Welk Show” for 13 years from 1955 to 1968. They have also appeared on many other TV shows, including “Love American Style,” “Family Feud” and “Hollywood Squares.” In 2001, the group was inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame.
