How Do You Find Your Verizon PIN Number?
Retrieve the personal identification number for your Verizon phone by reinstalling Backup Assistant. You can also change your PIN within Backup Assistant. The procedures to follow depends on the state your device is in.
If you need to reinstall the Backup Assistant, start by clicking the right soft key, then pressing the pound key. Press the right soft key again, and wait for a text message containing your current PIN. Press the right soft key again, then enter the sent PIN, and press the right soft key one more time to restore service.
If you’re changing your PIN, go into the Backup Assistant and press the right soft key. Select options by pressing the left soft key. From there, scroll down the options to Change PIN, then press the center of the directional pad. Enter the invalid old PIN, and press the right soft key to proceed. From here, enter any four-digit number you like to move past the requirement and press the right soft key to move on. Once again, from the Change PIN screen, select the right soft key to proceed. You will see a screen that says “! error.” Press the right soft key, then the pound key to complete the process.
