Verizon Wireless offers coverage in the state of Hawaii. According to the coverage map, every service offered by Verizon is available in Hawaii, including data, messaging and 4G.
While there are portions of the Hawaiian Islands that are dead spots with no coverage by Verizon, the great bulk of the islands’ land area is covered.
This is in contrast to large portions of the intermountain area of the western United States. Here, gaping holes in the map indicate that Verizon coverage is much more sparse than in the state of Hawaii. By contrast, the Midwest and eastern seaboard experience almost seamless coverage in the Verizon network.
