Upgrading your Xfinity service requires logging into your Comcast account and selecting the available services or products you wish to purchase. Phone agents or online chat representatives can also upgrade your service for you.
Xfinity offers services such as cable, Internet, phone and home security. Shoppers can upgrade some of their current services online at Xfinity.com, such as by adding premium channels to their cable service. To upgrade your Xfinity services, sign into your account with your username and password. Click the Upgrade link at the top of the page to view suggested packages and services. You can select one of these packages or click the See All Products link to find a particular product or service. You can also click the Manage Channels link to order premium channels. Once you make your selection, click the Continue button to view the items in your shopping cart.
Review your items to make sure your choices are correct. Examine and agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box acknowledging that you are 18 years or older. Click the Submit Your Order button to finish the upgrade process. Click the Chat Now link at the top of the page to receive help from chat representatives.
