What Are the Universal Remote Codes for an ILO TV?

The most common universal remote control codes for iLo televisions are 1054, 1133, 1168, 1169, 1206 and 1230. If none of the codes work, the remote may be programmable using Code Syncing, which does not require a code.

To use Code Syncing, switch the television on, press the TV button on the remote, then press and hold the Code Search or Program Search button until the LED light on the remote begins to flash. Next, press the power button repeatedly until the TV switches off. Immediately after the television turns off, press the Enter or Program button. If the remote control does not have a dedicated Code Syncing button, the feature may still be installed.

To use Code Syncing on a remote that has no Code Search or Program Search button, turn the TV on, then press the TV button. Next, press the Power or TV button repeatedly until the TV switches off. Press the Program or Enter button. Switch the TV back on with the remote control, and check to make sure all of the applicable buttons, such as Vol+ and Ch-, operate as they should. The same steps can be repeated to control any component with an IR sensor, such as DVD players and sound systems. Just press the applicable source button instead of pressing TV.
