As of 2015, Ford offers F-150s with three sizes of truck beds, each with a 21.4-inch inside height, a 50.6-inch width between wheelhouses, and lengths of 67, 78.9 and 97.6 inches. The bed length that is available varies between the five models of F-150s.
Model year 2015 Ford F-150s feature one of three exterior boxes that vary in interior length. The 5 1/2-foot box truck bed is 67 inches long, the 6 1/2-feet box bed is 78.9 inches long and the 8-feet box bed is 97.6 long. The Ford F-150 XL, XLT and Lariat are available in all three sizes of truck beds, while the King Ranch and Platinum are available only with the two smaller lengths.
