Troy-Bilt mowers are manufactured in Tupelo, Mississippi; Martin, Tennessee; and Willard, Ohio, as of 2015. Each plant makes specific products. The Tupelo facility manufactures walk-behind mowers while the Martin plant makes zero-turn mowers. The Willard plant manufactures the "Neighborhood Rider" mower.
Troy-Bilt’s lawn mowers are either walk-behind or riding. The walk-behind type is recommended for acre-size yards or smaller, while a riding mower is best suited for lawns up to several acres.
