Toyo Tires manufactures its tires at several locations around the world. However, many car and light truck tires sold in the American market are manufactured at the company’s factory in White, Georgia.
Toyo Tires opened its White, Georgia, plant for domestic tire production in 2004. The plant is located approximately 50 miles north of Atlanta, Georgia. Toyo has committed to increasing its production of tires in the United States, with another expansion of the Georgia plant expected to open in 2015. Overseas manufacturing locations for Toyo’s tires include factories located in China, Malaysia and Australia, in addition to several facilities located in the company’s home country of Japan
