Dates contain 73 grams of sugar, bananas have just over 20 grams of sugar, figs have 19 grams of sugar and persimmons have 18.6 grams of sugar. Behind them, the sweetest fruits according to sugar content are guavas, lychees, pomegranates, lemons and grapes.
