The Sunbelt Clothing Holding Company, Inc., voluntarily dissolved its status as a corporation as of Dec. 27, 2005. As a result, it no longer publishes an online clothing catalog.
Daniel A. Bennett began his T-shirt business around 1974 and created a company-designed catalog of fashionable women’s sportswear that was mailed directly to existing and potential customers. On June 12, 1978, Mr. Bennett initially incorporated his business under the name Unprinted T-Shirt Warehouse with its principal place of business in San Antonio, Texas. On Jan. 25, 1991, the name changed to Sunbelt Clothing Co. Before Sunbelt Clothing Co. dissolved, the largest number of catalogs it mailed per year was eight occurring in 1992.
