What Is the Study of Human Behavior?
The study of human social behavior is called sociology, while the study of the individual human mind and behavior is called psychology. Sociology basically deals with human relationships and institutions while psychology studies the intricate details of the individual human mind and his or her response to external stimuli.
Both studies while different, have contributed in helping people deal with several problems including criminal rehabilitation, religious tolerance, cultural exchange, conflict resolution, poverty, wealth distribution and interdependence among various racial groups. Both studies take into account valid data to analyze a particular case in order to come up with a solution to any problem that originates from people's behaviors.
