What Stores Carry Clearly Canadian Water?
As of October 2014, there are no stores that carry Clearly Canadian Sparkling Water. However, in 2013, Clearly Canadian launched a direct-to-consumer pre-sales campaign to generate enough orders for production of its flavored sparkling water. Clearly Canadian currently offers its product in four flavors: Wild Cherry, Orchard Peach, Mountain Blackberry and Country Raspberry.
Clearly Canadian was founded in 1987 and is based in British Columbia, Canada. Its trademark flavored sparkling waters were popular in the 1980s and 1990s throughout North America, Japan and parts of Europe, with total sales of over two billion bottles This product line comprised 11 flavors, including Green Apple, Peach Mango, Western Loganberry and Alpine Fruit & Berries. In addition to flavored sparkling water, Clearly Canadian produced several other brands such as Clearly Sparkling Tea, DailyEnergy and Orbitz.
In the early 2000s, the company changed ownership and management, and by 2010 Clearly Canadian products were no longer available. However, in 2012 and 2013, a limited amount of Clearly Canadian Sparkling Water was made available online. It sold out in days. The second generation version of Clearly Canadian Sparkling Water retains both its original tear-drop shaped glass bottle and the original formula of Canadian spring water, pure cane sugar, natural flavoring and citric acid.
