How Do I Store Dom Perignon?

Dom Perignon is best stored in a wine cellar with a temperature between 52 and 59 degrees Fahrenheit. The humidity should be moderate, somewhere in the range of 55 to 75 percent, and the storage location should be dark and free of any strong odors.

While the temperature inside a typical fridge is not ideal, it is suitable for short-term storage to chill the Dom Perignon before drinking. Dom Perignon is most-affected by light and when possible, it should be put in a cellar where it is completely dark. To chill before serving, place the entire bottle in a bucket of ice for about 15 minutes until chilled.
