The shelf life of an opened bottle of refrigerated liquid coffee creamer is between two and three weeks. If the bottle is unopened, the coffee creamer can last up to 120 days after being made.
Be sure to note the use-by-date printed on the bottle. Whether the coffee creamer has been opened or not, it can be used for no longer than five to seven days after the expiration date. Some brands, such as International Delight, do not recommend use after the expiration date. You can tell the creamer is bad if you notice a sour smell or curdling, or if it does not mix properly with the coffee.
