How Do I Set the Time on My Sony Dream Machine?
To set the time on a Sony Dream Machine, plug the end of the AC power cord into a power outlet, and press the CLOCK button in correlation with the TIMESET H button and the TIMESET M button. It should take less than a minute.

Power the Sony Dream Machine
Take the end of the AC power cord and plug it into a power outlet. It should be noted that the Sony Dream Machine uses one 6F22 battery, which is not included in the packaging. The 6F22 battery keeps the Sony Dream Machine powered with the current time in the event of any power interruptions. However, the 6F22 battery is not required for operation of the Sony Dream Machine.

Set the hour
Press and hold down the CLOCK button. While holding down the CLOCK button, press the TIMESET H button. Each press of the TIMESET H button advances the hour digit by one. When the correct hour digit is displayed, let go of the CLOCK button.

Set the minute
Press and hold down the CLOCK button. While holding down the CLOCK button, press the TIMESET M button. Each press of the TIMESET M button advances the minute digit by one. When the correct minute digit is displayed, let go of the CLOCK button. Advancing the minute digit does not advance the hour digit.
