Harmon’s salary made him the highest-paid drama actor on television at the time of his signing, behind Ashton Kutcher and Jon Cryer for their roles on “Two and a Half Men.” Harmon became the highest paid actor on television in 2015, when “Two and a Half Men” concluded its 12-season run. In addition to his acting salary, Harmon receives residual payments as an executive producer of “NCIS.”
