What's Does Anterior Myometrial Fibroid Mean?

According to WebMD, a myometrial fibroid is a cluster of uterine muscle cells that grows inside of the muscular walls of the uterus. "Anterior" denotes the location of the fibroid, and is defined as "situated before or at the front of." An anterior myometrial fibroid is an abnormal growth of cells (or a tumor) that can be found near the front of the uterus.
