Roger Federer has one older sister named Diana Federer and does not have any brothers. Roger Federer is a famous tennis player born in Basel, Switzerland on Aug. 8, 1981. Diana Federer was born in 1979.

Federer has won Grand Slam titles at the Australian Open, French Open, U.S. Open and Wimbledon during his tennis career. He has won 20 Grand Slam singles titles, the most of any male tennis player. He has also won a total of six Australian Open titles, five US Open titles, and eight Wimbledon titles. In his spare time, he likes to golf, play soccer, ski and play video games on his PlayStation. When he was growing up, his idols were Boris Becker and Stefan Edberg.

Roger Federer and Diana Federer are the children of Lynette and Robert Federer. Lynette Federer is from South Africa, and Robert Federer is from Switzerland. They met in South Africa while Robert was on a business trip for the company they both worked for, Ciba-Geigy. After marrying in 1973, they moved to Basel, Switzerland where both Roger and Diana were brought up.

Roger Federer is married to Mirka Federer, a former Women’s Tennis Association player. They met in Sydney Australia while both competing in the Winter Olympics in 2000, and were married in 2009 in Switzerland. They have two sets of identical twins—two girls named Myla Rose and Charlene Riva, and two boys named Leo and Lennart.
