The Better Business Bureau rates the manufacturer of Kozy Heat, Hussong Manufacturing, with an A+ for its length of time in business and its ability to fully resolve all customer complaints, which numbered only three in the last three years. There were no customer complaints for the past year. One personal blog, AppThink.org, positively reviewed the Kozy Heat Minnetonka Fireplace for its room heating capability, ceramic glass front that radiates heat, fireplace blower and handy remote control.
