How Do You Find Retailers That Sell Wheat Nuts?

Wheat Nuts are available for purchase in the United States from Nadanut.com. This eCommerce site is the only retailer that sells Wheat Nuts as of October 2015. Loyal fans of Wheat Nuts enjoyed the nut-free snack from the 1970s until it was pulled from the marketplace in late 2013.

Nadanut.com began selling Wheat Nuts in August 2015. Inclusion Technologies LLC, which operates Nadanut.com, acquired Wheat Nuts from former owner AnaCon Foods in August 2014. Inclusion Technologies’ Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Dennis Reid, says the company is looking for a food distribution partner to bring Wheat Nuts to additional retailers and eventually grocery stores, according to an August 2015 Food Business News article. Reid remarks that Inclusion Technologies is pleased to bring Wheat Nuts back for sale to consumers through an online platform.

Pillsbury originally launched Wheat Nuts in the 1970s. Wheat Nuts gained a loyal following from consumers looking for a nut-like yet nut-free snack. AnaCon Foods stopped producing Wheat Nuts in November 2013. In addition to Wheat Nuts, Nadanut.com sells several former AnaCon-produced snacks. Consumers can also purchase a selection of Nadanut varieties, formerly sold by AnaCon as the Bowlby’s Bits brand.
