What Are the Requirements to Play Arena Football?

In order for a person to be able to play arena football, they must be at least 18 years old, must be in peak physical condition and must be able to pass through the try out process. Arena football teams will only choose players they deem to be the best fit for the team.

Arena football leagues are special football leagues that allow players to play the sport of football while indoors. The players are expected to play in a professional manner and are always subject to the rules of the game. Players must follow regulations that enable them to play the game properly. The kickoff of the game begins at the goal line. Unlike other variations of the sport, punting the ball is not a legal move. The team that is in possession of the ball will only have one chance to score and will not be allowed another chance if that chance is missed. Teams must be able to kick the ball or throw the ball into the net that surrounds the playing field. The way the ball reaches the net and the length it was thrown from will dictate the amount of points that are received by the team for getting the ball into the net.
