How Do You Reheat Cooked Lobster?

No matter how the lobster was originally cooked, the best way to reheat it is to wrap it in foil and place it in the oven. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and warm for 5-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.

Add a few pats of butter to the foil packet, before putting it in the oven. This will keep the meat from drying out. Lobster gets rubbery fast, so be careful when reheating. Individuals can also grill lobster, to reheat it. Touch up the meat with melted butter and some lemon juice, then place the lobster on the grill with the meat facing the flames. Reheat until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.

Steaming cooked lobster is accomplished either by adding the lobster to a dedicated steamer or to a stockpot with 2 inches of boiling water for approximately five minutes. To use a microwave to steam cooked lobster, a small open container of water is placed next to the lobster, and it is heated in one-minute increments until done.
