In the “Pokémon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition,” the Gameshark cheat code for infinite rare candy is “01281dd3.” When rare candy is used to level up a Pokémon, that character’s stats do not level up along with it — just its experience level.
Rare candy is a great way to help a Pokémon evolve, but it does not help to make a Pokémon any stronger. To gain more stats, a player needs to use the Pokémon in actual battles or use vitamins, such as protein, to gain extra stats without having to battle trainers or come into random encounters in the field.
