Red Bull claims to increase metabolism as well.
The pros and cons of drinking Red Bull stem from the benefits and drawbacks of consuming caffeine and taurine, two key ingredients in the drink. In terms of caffeine, Red Bull has the equivalent of about 1 cup of coffee. Taurine also produces a stimulant effect, and is a naturally found amino acid in the body.
