To make baked spaghetti, cook 6 ounces of spaghetti according to package instructions, and drain. Cook 1 pound of ground beef with 1 cup of chopped onions until the meat browns and crumbles, stirring frequently. Drain the beef mixture, and stir in 3/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, as well as 1 1/4 cups of ketchup and 1 tablespoon of prepared mustard.
Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes, and stir in the pasta and 3/4 cup of beef stock. Transfer to a baking dish, and top the mixture with 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 30 minutes.
To make macaroni and cheese, cook 8 ounces of macaroni pasta according to package directions. Drain the pasta, and stir in 2 cups of cottage cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 slightly beaten egg, 2 1/4 cups of grated cheddar cheese and 1 teaspoon of salt. Transfer the mixture to a buttered baking dish, and top it with 3/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
To make German chocolate pie, combine 7 tablespoons cocoa, 3 cups sugar, 4 eggs, 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup coconut. Add in 1 13-ounce can of evaporated milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 stick of butter. Pour the filling into an unbaked pie shell, and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes.
