A survey of the best Gatorade flavors, voted on by people around the world, ranks fruit punch, lemon-lime and glacier freeze as the top three, as claimed by Ranker.com.
Lemon-lime and fruit punch appear to be universally accepted as the top two favorite Gatorade flavors, while grape and lime cucumber are consistently at the bottom of the Gatorade flavor list. Lemon-lime and orange are also the top-selling Gatorade flavors, as reported by Gatorade.com. Citrus cooler, tangerine, cool blue, glacier freeze and mango extremo are in the top 10 for the most favored flavors. Gatorade is available in 80 countries with over 30 flavors in the U.S. Lemon-lime and orange are the original Gatorade flavors and were the only options available for the first 20 years of Gatorade’s existence. Twenty-six flavors of Gatorade have been discontinued throughout Gatorade’s existence; however, lemon-line, orange and fruit punch consistently remain as available products. Gatorade’s lime cucumber flavor has a limited following and is known by most as the worst Gatorade flavor; however, the grape flavor is often described as the worst and is compared to cough medicine.
