What Is the Physical Description of Poseidon?

The Greek god Poseidon was a well-muscled giant with flowing blue hair. His great size came from his lineage as the offspring of the Titans Rhea and Cronus. Poseidon also possessed a flowing beard and mustache. He carried a trident, and his overall appearance signified the raging seas.

Poseidon was a shape-shifter, and his favorite form was a horse. He could assume many forms, but the horse came about because of a challenge from the goddess Demeter. Poseidon pursued her, and she told him she would be with him if he could create the most beautiful creature. After many trials and errors, Poseidon finally created the horse.
