Another way to pay via phone is to dial *PAY or *729 from the phone. Customers who use Spanish should dial *PAGAR or *72427. To pay via your bank account, press 1, and to pay via a card, whether credit or debit, press 2. Voice prompts help you know when to enter your payment information.
Non-voice ways to pay using your phone include through text and the AT&T app or mobile website. After you enroll in TXT-2-PAY, AT&T texts you the balance due about six days before the due date. Replying to the text initiates the payment using information you entered when setting up TXT-2-PAY. Go to the AT&T mobile site or the AT&T smartphone app to select the account which you are paying, and pick Pay Bill. Enter the payment information, and follow the instructions to complete the payment.
A customer can also pay via an online account, automatic payments, by mail and in person at AT&T retail stores. A customer can pay using a checking or savings account, credit card or debit card.
