What Options Come With the GMC All-Terrain Package?
The GMC all-terrain package has an extensive list of options including 18- or 20-inch alloy chrome wheels (depending on the model), aluminum under-body shields, LED headlights and adjustable side camper mirrors. The package also includes the OnStar system with a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot, chrome surround on the grille and body-color bumpers.
GM’s all-terrain package includes other features, such as thick coil springs, standard four-wheel drive and hill descent control. These vehicles come with a skid plate, Rancho twin-tube shocks and wide-leaf spring packs that help the vehicle hit the mud and haul extreme loads. Drivers can transport loads via the truck bed or by hooking them to a trailer. The trucks have the same two engine and transmission options as the rest of GM’s heavy-duty trucks: the 6.0-liter V-8 or the 6.6-liter Duramax turbodiesel V-8.
In addition to having wireless connectivity, the interior of the all-terrain vehicle features Siri Eyes Free iOS integration for iPhone users, faux-carbon fiber trim and a heated steering wheel. The center stack includes a standard Intellilink information and entertainment screen that can display text messages, as well as a rear-view camera. Vehicles also feature acoustically precise Bose speakers and a subwoofer, as well as bucket seats.
