The Social Security Administration’s website has online hours of operation. They are Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. Eastern Time, Saturday 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Time, and Sunday 8 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Eastern Time, as of 2015. The SSA operates on the same hours as other government offices on federal holidays.
