According to the Book of Genesis, the first book of the Hebrew Bible and the Christian Old Testament, the names of the children of Adam and Eve are Cain, Abel and Seth. The Book of Genesis also states that Adam and Eve had "other sons and daughters."
According to the creation stories of the Abrahamic religions, God created Adam and Eve, the first man and woman. In the Book of Genesis, their eldest son, Cain, kills his brother Abel in a fit of jealousy and anger, thus becoming the first murderer. Seth was born after the death of Abel and lived for 912 years.
