The amount of horsepower produced by a Dodge 360 engine varied over the years of its production. For example, the first engines of this type had 175 horsepower. Later models, such as the 360 four-barrel engine, which had a horsepower of 220, generally had more horsepower than the earlier ones.
The Dodge 360 engine was produced from 1971 to 2002 by the Chrysler Corporation. The Dodge 360 was a 5.9 liter engine. A variety of vehicles used 360 engines over this period. These included the 1974-1978 Dodge Charger, the 1977-1981 New Yorker, the 1974-1983 Plymouth Voyager and the 1981-2002 Doge Ram.
