Tool rental costs at Lowe’s vary by location and tool, with daily rates ranging from $25 to 65. While Lowe’s tool rental program, Lowe’s for Pros, does indicate that it rents out both one and two man augers, the two man auger is not available at all locations.
Tool rental at Lowe’s is limited to a small number of stores across the US. There are a few stores in Arizona, Florida, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina that offer tool rental programs as of August, 2015. The majority of Lowe’s stores do not offer any sort of tool rental program.
