One sleeve of soda crackers, or saltines, contains about 40 crackers, though this number varies slightly depending upon the specific manufacturer. Saltines have about 70 calories per serving, which is about 5 crackers.

The weight of a serving of soda crackers is 16 grams. These crackers have approximately 1.5 grams of fat, 150 milligrams of sodium and no fiber. Compared to crackers made with whole grains, the nutritional content of saltines is only fair, and there is no significant difference between popular brands and store brands. All have a mild taste that is salty and reminiscent of flour. Name brands cost about 10 cents per serving, while store brands are about 6 cents cheaper.
