Corn flakes and milk contain 9 grams of sugar per serving, two-thirds of which comes from the milk. The cereal alone provides 45 percent of the recommended daily value of iron, while the milk provides almost 15 percent of the calcium needed each day. This breakfast fulfilsl almost 15 percent of a person’s daily need of vitamin A and about 10 percent of the recommended daily vitamin C.
