Cooper Tire & Rubber Company manufactures Wild Country tires, according to NTWOnline.com. The Wild Country XTX sport all-terrain tires come in 15-, 16- and 17-inch diameters.
In August 2014, Cooper issued a recall for nearly 1,500 Wild Country tires produced from June 1, 2014 to June 28, 2014 because of a problem with the tires cracking and ply cords breaking. Cooper offered to replace the inferior tires free of charge when consumers took them to authorized dealers for testing, as reported by Modern Tire Dealer.
As of 2015, additional brands of tires produced by Cooper are Discover, Zeon LTZ, Zeon XST and Weather-Master WSC.
