Nexgrill Industries manufactures the Charmglow grills. The Chinese company produces the grills for Home Depot, which owns the Charmglow name as of June 2014. Brinkman also manufactures the grills exclusively for the retail store.
Under the Home Depot version, all grills are marked with the Charmglow name, and either the Brinkman or the Nexgrill name. While both companies manufacture the grills for Home Depot, Brinkman does most of the modern versions and both manufacturers supply replacement parts. In the past, Beatrice Foods manufactured the grills. Additional manufacturers of the grills included Sunbeam — using the name Charmglo — the Changzhou Reliance International Trading Company and CLA Grills.
