Make roasted pork tenderloin in an oven by first seasoning it with a rub and then browning it in a skillet before baking it in the oven. Make sure the meat reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit before removing it from the heat.

To make a roasted pork tenderloin, combine 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of ground coriander and 1 teaspoon of dried thyme along with salt to taste in a bowl, and sprinkle it on all sides of a 1 1/4-pound pork tenderloin. Saute 1 teaspoon of minced garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil for a minute, and then add the pork tenderloin. Brown it on each side for 10 minutes, and then bake it at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.

To make roast pork loin with garlic and rosemary, mix together 4 pressed garlic cloves, 4 teaspoons of chopped fresh rosemary, 1 1/2 teaspoons of coarse salt and 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper, and rub the mixture over a well-trimmed pork tenderloin. Instead of searing the meat, transfer it immediately to a roasting pan, and cook it at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Turn the roast and cook for another 25 minutes before removing from the heat.
