How Do You Make Chili’s Strawberry Lemonade?

The exact Chili’s strawberry lemonade recipe is unavailable to the public, but copycat recipes do exist. The recipe requires strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, water and a non-reactive pot.

Wash and hull 2 quarts of strawberries, and then place them into a food processor. Blend the berries until they are smooth and then place them into a non-reactive pot, along with 2 cups fresh lemon juice, which is the equivalent of about 20 lemons squeezed; 2 3/4 cups of sugar and 1 1/2 quarts of water. Heat the mixture over medium heat, and stir it occasionally until it reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, but make sure that the mixture does not boil. Remove any foam from the top, and allow the concentrate to cool before transferring it to canning jars. Strain the mixture through a strainer as it may contain considerable amount of pulp and seeds.

Before serving the concentrate, mix one part of the concentrate with one part water, or go by taste. The concentrate may still be used if it is left in the refrigerator for up to one week, but longer periods of storage require that it be frozen. The recipe makes about 3 1/2 quarts of strawberry lemonade.
